The first half of the week was all hospital appointments and blood tests for us both, so for the second half of the week we’ve tried to have lots of fun to balance things out. And, particularly because Penelope won’t be an only child for much longer.
We bought her a Munchkin inflatable duck bath which was tonnes of fun! Penelope didn’t want to get out! And that now makes it at least a million and one yellow ducks we now have in the house. Available here: http://www.munchkin.com/uk/white-hot-reg-inflatable-safety-duck-bath.html
Then we made strawberry rainbow pops with Happy Monkey strawberry milkshake and Rainbow Drops in her adorable Annabel Karmel Ice Lolly Set. This helped soothe her teeth as she is getting molars at the moment and went down a real treat! Perfect for the blood sugar too. We had more fun in the kitchen making peanut butter, banana and blueberry bears! Penelope was mega impressed with this. She picked and ate all the fruit first before savaging the toast!
She’s also been shoe shopping for her first “real” shoes. She’s a size 5! A combination of the BWS and having a 6ft 6 daddy. She is going to cost us a small fortune in shoes.
How beautiful are these?!

And, of course there was an early morning nappy bounce as well…
